ABOUT AARON

Focused, tenacious, and energetic, Aaron Bouren, CEO of Bouren Ventures, is the driving force and visionary of all of his companies.

He is a results-oriented entrepreneur, private label manufacturer, public speaker, and marketing expert. Since founding Bouren Ventures, Aaron has built several seven and eight-figure companies, employing more than 350 people in the process. With a solid track record of business successes in brand & product development, manufacturing, marketing, and distribution, Aaron can forecast upcoming trends, surround himself with top-level talent, and build businesses that genuinely address his customers’ needs. Today, he holds a portfolio of six successful companies and lays the groundwork for more every day!

Aaron loves to share his knowledge and has spoken to crowds of over 10,000 entrepreneurs. He takes public speaking and training very seriously, always ensuring that his audience is taught valuable and actionable information while being entertained in the process. He also has experience as a business advisor for both public and private companies.

When not hard at work, Aaron loves eating chicken wings (the spicier, the better) and raw chocolate chip cookie dough. He loves a good prank (no one is safe), 80s rock, and country music. Known for his positive outlook and ability to find the good in any situation, he feels incredibly blessed for all of the opportunities in his life.

His self-claimed biggest flaw? He thinks he could be less attached to his phone. Thus far, however, he has not mastered the art of unplugging (which is excellent news for his clients!)

At the end of the day, I’m a passionate, ALL-IN kind of guy who is always excited to share my experience and knowledge with other entrepreneurs. I enjoy a challenge and take pride in the systems and companies I build. When I’m building a business, I constantly ask myself, is it ESPF (Easy Simple Painless and Fun)? If it’s not, I figure out why and do my best to refocus and create a process to make ESPF a reality for both my team and my clients.

Charities I Support

Freedom Service Dogs

I have several friends and colleagues who came back from serving our country, and I think service animals play a HUGE role in not only helping their owners, but also giving them purpose and a reason to live.

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital

I can NOT handle seeing kids suffer. I have several friends and clients who have lost children to cancer, and I want to do more than just sending hopeful thoughts. I want to help find a cure.

Tim Tebow Foundation

I just love spending time with people with special needs, and the Tim Tebow Foundation's annual Night to Shine event is something I take part in personally.

Special Olympics

I fell in love with the the Special Olympics in the 6th grade, and have been working with them for years. These athletes have so much to offer, so I want to do my part to make sure everyone knows it.

22Kill

I sadly had a few friends and clients who committed suicide after serving our country, and the fact that they felt this was the only option breaks my heart. We all need to do more to help.

100 Club

My grandfather was killed in the line of duty as a firefighter in Arizona, and I appreciate what this organization does, in their mission to provide assistance to the families of public safety officers and firefighters.
