Uncomplicate Your Life

Simplify & Thrive! 🌱 Unleash the power of simplicity and declutter your life. Embrace minimalism, prioritize what truly matters, and find joy in the essentials.

Aaron Bourren

TRANSCRIPT

Hello my friends, Aaron Bouren here! Do you ever feel like everything is just so complicated these days? I mean it's getting crazy! I know that in order to un-complicate our lives, I think that's word, we need to do a few simple things; and yes, I know it can be daunting but trust me it's manageable.

First declutter your space and your mind; yes, they're connected. Start with your workspace, your home, even your digital files, something I have to work on, for sure! Once you get rid of what you don’t need, you'll feel more peaceful and focused.

Second, practice saying no. It's tough but crucial, every yes costs you time, energy, or resources. Be selective about the commitments you make, respect your own boundaries.

Third embrace single tasking. Contrary to popular belief, multitasking typically negatively affects productivity and it raises stress. Focus on one thing at a time, complete it and then move on to the next.

Finally prioritize self-care. Sleep well, eat healthy, exercise, you know this! You can’t un-complicate your life if you're running on empty, so take care of your health! It's your most valuable asset.

Remember, simplifying is about making life perfect by any means, it’s about making it less complicated so you can focus on what truly matters. Re-watch this and take action now, it will make a difference. And remember my friends, Success is a CHOICE! beautiful view today! Yay!

Embrace the Suck

Embrace the suck, hustle hard! 🚀💪 As an entrepreneur, challenges are the stepping stones to success.

Aaron Bourren

TRANSCRIPT

Hello my friends, Aaron Bouren here! Just finished having a meeting, and I'll be honest with you it kinda sucked! So today I want to talk to you about embracing the suck. Uh, this concept may seem counterintuitive, yet, I believe it's a key driver of entrepreneurial success, that’s why we call it embracing the suck. By the way, I'm in a small little neighborhood, it's good right now, don't get onto me for driving. What do I mean by that life will often throw challenges your way especially when you're building something out of nothing. You'll face moments that are exhausting, uncomfortable, even painful, that my friend is the suck; the natural tendency is to shy away from it but I'm here to tell you to do the opposite, embrace it! Embracing the suck means acknowledging the discomfort, accepting it as part of the journey, and using it as a catalyst for growth. It's not about just enduring but growing from hardships, I want to give you a few tips on how you can do that:

First one is change your perspective. You see, challenges, you need to look at them as opportunities; each setback is a stepping stone towards growth and experience.

Number two you have to foster resilience. As entrepreneurs, our ability to bounce back defines our success. Practice resilience by maintaining a positive attitude and focusing on solutions not on problems.

Number three is keep your end goal in sight. It's easy to get lost in the suck, but always remember why you started; let your passion actually be your compass.

So remember, when the going gets tough, don’t shy away, embrace a suck, because the path to success is rarely easy but it’s always worth it! See you at the top! And remember my friends, Success is a CHOICE!

Aaron Bourren

TRANSCRIPT

Hello my friends, Aaron Bouren here! Can you believe the first half of this year is over? Crazy! I want you to take a moment to reflect, how many of the goals you said in January have you actually achieved? Have you stayed the course or have you veered off track? Hey, it happens to all of us. And if you did veer off track, it's okay! Because the beauty of time is that it's continuous! The second half of the year is still ahead, waiting for you to seize it! It's the time to realign, focus, and relaunch. But remember, success doesn't come from comfort zones. In order to be successful it requires us to dig deep, overcoming the hurdles, and embracing the unexpected. I think I'm about to get absolute poured on so I need to hurry up.

Planning for the rest of this year is not just about immediate accomplishments, it's your launch pad for next year as well. Think about this, every step taken, and I mean every one of them, every goal achieved builds momentum for the future. It's a domino effect, set the right pieces in motion now and you'll witness the cascading success later.

One thing we all have to do is stay determined, stay focused, and remember every day is a fresh opportunity. The second half of the year is your playground, make it count! Not just for the present, but for the future. Embrace the challenge, dig deep, and let's crush the remainder of this year, and also use it as a launch pad for an incredible 2024.

You got this, my friends! And remember, Success is a CHOICE!

How to Deal with Negative People

🚫 Don't let negativity bring you down! As an entrepreneur, focus on your vision and surround yourself with positive energy. Rise above negativity and keep hustling towards your goals! ✨💼

Aaron Bourren

TRANSCRIPT

Hello my friends, Aaron Bouren here! And today I want to chat with you about dealing with negative people. The best analogy I can come up with is to have you imagine yourself in a boat, navigating life's vast ocean and the negative people are like turbulent waves trying to capsize you, the key isn't to avoid the waves but learn how to navigate them.

So I want to share four tips I believe can help you when dealing with negative people:

Tip one is strengthen your ship. Your mind is your vessel, invest in self-care and personal development. Build resilience, so when the waves hit you remain unswayed. Read positive blogs, meditate, and indulge in motivational podcast; these habits bolster your mindset and create robust defense against negativity.

Tip number two is adjust your sales. Understand that you cannot control the weather but you can control your direction. How's it going? You cannot change other people's attitudes but you can change your reaction to them. Choose not to engage in negative conversations, pivot towards positivity.

And tip number three is keep a compass. Have clear personal boundaries. When negative people cross these boundaries, gently but firmly steer them back. Your journey, your rules.

And finally, remember, every negative person was once a calm sea, that for whatever reason they turn stormy. Treat them with empathy, not hostility, these people aren't your adversaries but fellow sailors lost in the storm. As you navigate through, leave them with a beacon of hope, your positivity might be their guiding light.

So don't fear the storm, build your ship, adjust your sails, keep your compass, and you'll master any sea, no matter how rough the waves. Have an incredibly positive day! And remember my friends, Success is a CHOICE!

Personal Accountability

Take charge of your life! Personal accountability is the key to success. Own your actions, learn from mistakes, and strive for growth. It's time to level up! 💪📈

Aaron Bourren

TRANSCRIPT

Hello my friends, Aaron Bouren here! And today's topic is about accountability, something I am making a priority in my life as it's the only way to truly grow. Imagine your life as a ship, or a big boat in my case, and you're the captain and the sea is your destiny, or the ocean, would you let the waves and winds decide your course? No, you take the wheel and steer. This is exactly what accountability is. See, accountability means that your life’s, sorry I have a whole bunch of people running around me, your life's trajectory is primarily a result of your own actions, decisions, and attitudes. It’s about understanding that we have the power to shape our destiny and the responsibility to act accordingly.

So how can you take accountability for your life? Well first, you have to embrace failure, you will stumble, you will fall, but remember every mistake is an opportunity to learn. So don't shy away from your missteps, own them, understand what led to them and use those insights to grow.

Second, set clear achievable goals. This gives your life direction, allows you to track your progress, and provides a way to hold yourself accountable. Start small, gain momentum, and tackle bigger challenges. Sorry there's a lot of activity happening around here today.

Third, practice self-reflection, this is a powerful tool for personal growth. It allows you to review your decisions, evaluate their outcomes, and refine your strategy; or as my mentor once told me, it's your plan, do, and review.

And finally, this is a tough one for a lot of people, ask for feedback. The mere others hold up for us can provide valuable perspectives that we may have literally overlooked. And also don’t shoot the messenger, take the feedback and be accountable, see the theme here?

Remember the moment you take control and become accountable for your life is the moment you truly start living. You're the captain of your ship, so set your course and sail boldly into the horizon. Have an amazing day, my friends! Getting ready to get out on the boat. And remember, Success is a CHOICE!

Nature of Happiness

Discovering true happiness: a delicate balance of pleasure and purpose.

Aaron Bourren

TRANSCRIPT

Hello my friends, Aaron Bouren here! And I want to dive into an interesting discussion on the nature of happiness.

You see, happiness can be fueled by two distinct sources, pleasure and purpose. Pleasure-based happiness is like the instant gratification, it’s a joy you feel when you bite into your favorite food, kick back with a great movie, or take a refreshing dip in the ocean, or in this case the lake, gator infested, don’t do that! This is the here and now kind of happiness, quick and intoxicating, but often fleeting. Purpose-based happiness, on the other hand, is long-term satisfaction which is derived from fulfilling your deeper life goals. It's the actual fulfillment you experience from finishing a marathon, raising your kids, or building a business from scratch. This type of happiness is more enduring but it requires commitment and often involves facing challenges, and many times a lot of them.

So what's my advice? Aim for balancing both. In a world full of distractions, don't forget to enjoy the simple pleasures of life, something I have to work on, but also remember it's the pursuit of meaningful goals that that gives life depth and substance. Hope this is making sense.

Chasing pleasures will give you beautiful moments, chasing purpose will give you a beautiful life; let that sink in. And while pleasures can bring you momentary joy, it’s purpose that gives you lasting satisfaction, resilience, and a sense of fulfillment that's truly priceless. Keep these ideas in mind as you navigate your path. And remember my friends, Success is a CHOICE!

High Performers

Unleash your inner high performer! Set goals, stay disciplined, and push beyond limits. Embrace the hustle and strive for excellence. You've got this! 💯

Aaron Bourren

TRANSCRIPT

Hello my friends, Aaron Bouren here! And today I want to talk high performers. You know, the trailblazers, who seem to effortlessly surpass others and dominate. Well guess what, they all seem to have a few traits in common and it's far from accidental. They've cultivated seeds of greatness by consistently following several practices. I have good news for you though, we have this greatness within us and now I will share a few things high performers have in common, so you can simply copy the blueprint, if you will. Kind of cool horses back behind me.

First they possess a relentless growth mindset, embracing challenges, persisting in the face of setbacks, learning from criticism and drawing inspiration from others. They maintain an ongoing commitment to expand their knowledge and abilities.

Second they set clear, challenging, yet achievable goals. A clear vision keeps them focused and a touch of difficulty keeps them engaged. That makes sense? They push their limits, not out of vanity, but to reveal their true, true potential.

Next they are disciplined and consistent. High performers understand that overnight success, it's a myth! They commit to daily actions that bring them closer to their goals, recognizing the consistency is a secret ingredient to extraordinary achievements. Hello Old Glory!

The next one is an area I for sure need Improvement on myself, mindfulness. High performers are present, in the moment, understanding that each task, no matter how small, contributes to their overall objectives. They approach work with intention, avoiding multitasking, yikes! And prioritizing quality over quantity.

Lastly they prioritize their well-being. They understand their physical, mental, and emotional health is the engine that drives their performance, hence why I’ve started a lot of walking. They make time for exercise, nutrition, relaxation, and sleep - something I still have to work on. And they maintain a strong social network for support.

So let's wrap this up, if you want to be a high performer, start here; embrace growth, set clear goals, be disciplined and consistent, practice mindfulness and prioritize your well-being. Adopt these habits, my friends, and the path to high performance will unfold before you. Have an absolutely amazing day, my friends! And remember, Success is a CHOICE!

Stop Comparing

Embrace your unique journey 🌟 Don't let comparison steal your joy! 💪 Break free from the highlight reels and find happiness within.

Aaron Bourren

TRANSCRIPT

Hello my friends, Aaron Bouren here! Please stop whatever else you're doing and listen to me, this is important! Let's talk about a serious misconception, one that haunts many of us, the tendency to compare ourselves with the highlight reels we see on social media, a lot of us are very guilty of this. You see, real life is not a carefully filtered Instagram feed, or a witty tweet, or a LinkedIn accomplishment. In fact, real life is a messy, unpredictable filled with moments that don't make it to the final cut. You know what I mean? And thank goodness for that, right? Sometimes I wish real life had a delete button, how many of you can agree with that one? See, I think as individuals, we need to understand that what we see online is often an idealized version of reality, a fraction of the full picture. Do not fall into the trap of comparison, it's a very dangerous game and the only possible outcome is feeling inadequate. I think what you need to do is instead, focus on your journey, your growth, your victories, no matter how small they may seem. So here are some ways I feel we can arm ourselves to not compare:

First I think we need to try to consciously limit our social media usage. We actually should start designating certain times the day for scrolling and then stick to it. Don't let the virtual world eat into your real world time, that's something I have to work on, FOR SURE!

Secondly we need to all spend more time practicing gratitude for what we have. This can shift our focus from what others have, to what you have. Filling your heart with  contentment instead of Envy, doesn’t mean you still don't strive for greatness.

And lastly, remember the age-old wisdom, :comparison is the thief of joy”? Cherish your unique journey. You are more than your social media presence, believe me!

In essence, life isn't about glossy filters or viral hashtags, it's about authenticity, resilience, and growth. Don't let the pixels fool you, because in the end, real life happens off screen. Hope this is helpful and you are enough! Have an amazing day, my friends! And remember, Success is a CHOICE!

Have the Courage to Let Go

Having the courage to let go as an entrepreneur takes strength. It's time to release what no longer serves us and make space for new possibilities! 💪✨ Embrace the unknown and trust the journey. Let's thrive! 🙌💼

Aaron Bourren

TRANSCRIPT

Hello my friends, Aaron Bouren here! And today's chat is about having the courage to let go. Having the courage to let go is vital in entrepreneurship, as it is in life. I know as entrepreneurs we tend to hold on tight to ideas, methods, and plans. Often that's out of fear, it's fear of the unknown, fear of failure, or even fear of judgment. But courage itself isn't about the absence of fear, it's about action in spite of it. Let me say that again, courage isn't about the absence of fear, it's about taking action in spite of it. As my buddy in Texas would say, :that statement Aaron, is as strong as a garlic milkshake”, I don't know, we'll just call that a Texas thing. Remember every great invention, every disruptive business, started with letting go. Newton had to let go of the idea that an  apple only falls downwards to discover gravity. Steve Jobs had to let go of traditional  computing concepts in order to create the iPhone. You see, being an entrepreneur, it means you are a leader and the leader understands the art of letting go. Here’s three tips to practice:

One you have to embrace uncertainty. Remember that every closure opens up new  possibilities, when one door closes, look for that actual window to open.

Number two you have to practice detachment. Yep, detach yourself from the outcome of your venture, you are not your business. Failing doesn't make you a failure. I think I need to repeat that again, detach yourself, detect your self-worth from the outcome of your venture. You're not your business and failure doesn't make you a failure, let that sink in.

Number three you have to cultivate flexibility. Be open-minded, innovation is born out of flexibility and the courage to pivot when necessary.

So I believe the courage to let go creates the space for new revolutionary ideas. It allows us to grow beyond our perceived limitations and reach new heights of success. Keep innovating, keep letting go. And remember my friends, Success is a CHOICE!

Know Your Customer

Know your customer, grow your business! 🚀🎯 Understanding their needs, preferences, and aspirations is key to success.

Aaron Bourren

TRANSCRIPT

Hello my friends, Aaron Bouren here! And today I want to chat with you about the importance of really knowing your customer. Imagine if you're an accomplished author and your book is your product, but who's your reader? If you're writing a mystery thriller, your reader isn't the one who prefers a romance novel, logic right? Identifying that right  reader or rather the ideal customer is the crux of successful entrepreneurship. Knowing your ideal customer isn't about knowing who can buy your product, it’s about knowing who will love it, use it, and advocate for it. The journey from a mere buyer to a loyal customer is an actual journey of experience, expectations, and emotions. It's about understanding the hopes, dreams, fears, and needs of those people whose lives your business touches. It's actually about crafting a solution that is tailored to their experiences and expectations, a solution that makes them feel heard, valued, and  understood - that is so big! Now, how to know them? Listen, observe, engage, use social media surveys, customer interviews to gather data, develop customer personas that reflect the characteristics of your ideal customer. Create a culture that celebrates customer feedback and respond to it. In a market where products abound knowing your customer is the competitive edge, it's your secret weapon to create products that resonate services that matter and a brand that actually endears.

Remember my friends, a product that suits everyone, pleases no one. Be the author who knows their readers, not the one who simply writes a book. Have an amazing day my friends! And remember, Success is a CHOICE!

Have You Ever Felt Like Quitting

Feeling like quitting as an entrepreneur? Remember your WHY! 🔥💪 Stay resilient, embrace challenges, and keep pushing forward.

Aaron Bourren

TRANSCRIPT

Hello my friends, Aaron Bouren here! Have you ever felt like quitting? I mean we've all been there, faced with challenges so massive; you know, the mountains that seem impossible to scale. Well the journey appears endless, the steps heavy, and the temptation to quit is definitely all too real. But before you concede to those thoughts and doubts, I implore you to take a moment close your eyes, don't do that while walking, transport yourself back to the time you were standing  at the base of that metaphorical mountain, and you're looking up, you are burning with the ambition to conquer the peak, weren't you? Well that's the question, do you remember your why? Your why is the seed from which your determination sprouts. It is the driving force that propelled you to take the first step and it's the beacon that will guide you through the storm. Look a this views, I just love it here, I love Naples! Whenever you're overwhelmed, tap into that initial spark, it’s your shield that you're going to need to use against quitting.

Now, it’s equally important to acknowledge that it’s okay to feel overwhelmed and it's definitely okay to rest. Rest but don't quit. It's about pacing not racing. It’s about understanding that it's a marathon and that it's not a sprint. And also don't hesitate to ask for help, seek advice or even learn new skills, re-evaluate, adapt, and persist. Perseverance, it's not a trait, it's a habit you cultivate.

So remember, when you stumble, get up, dust yourself off and remind yourself of your WHY. Your dreams are worth it and I believe in you! Have an amazing day! And remember, Success is a CHOICE!

Comfort Zone

Step out of comfort, step into greatness! Break boundaries, embrace discomfort, unlock limitless possibilities. 💪 The magic happens beyond your comfort zone! ✨

Aaron Bourren

TRANSCRIPT

Hello my friends, Aaron Bouren here! And today let's talk about your comfort zone. You know, that cozy, familiar trap that can quietly suffocate ambition and dull the blade of progress? Yep! So how do we avoid the trap of the comfort zone?

First we have to practice self-awareness. Identify what’s comfortable and question it. Are you avoiding a difficult conversation? Not learning a new skill or sticking to a familiar task? The status quo is the enemy of innovation.

Second set goals that stretch you. Your goal should be like a star, not unreachable, but just enough to make you strive. Small daily increments lead to grand achievements. Remember the saying, “a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step”? Well, it’s true.

Third, embrace failure. Sounds uncomfortable I know, it should be. Failure is not a sign of incompetence, it's a stepping stone to success. Each failure is a lesson, a road map to what doesn't work, nudging you closer to what actually does work.

Lastly, create a cycle of learning and applying. What I mean by that? Learn something new, then apply it, reflect, adjust, and then repeat. This loop fuels continuous growth, prevents stagnation, and ultimately pulls you from the trap of your comfort zone.

Let's step out of our comfort zones, my friends, for that’s where life begins. In the jungle of discomfort, we find our true potential, that's where innovation, resilience, and growth reside. You know what, I believe in you! And remember, Success is a CHOICE!

Discipline

🔒 Mastering discipline unlocks self-mastery! Embrace the art of self-control and conquer new heights. 💪 Stay committed, embrace growth! 🚀

Aaron Bourren

TRANSCRIPT

Hello my friends, Aaron Bouren here! And today we're going to chat about discipline. Why discipline you ask? Because discipline is the cornerstone to any form of success. It’s not just about hard work or talent, it's about consistency, resilience, and the will to see things through. So how can we be more disciplined you ask?

First we have to set clear actionable goals. Your mind needs a road map to guide your daily actions. Don't say, “I want to be fit”, instead say, “I will run for 20 minutes each day”.

Second we have to embrace routines. Routines reduce decision fatigue and allow discipline to become second nature. This is a tough one for people. Build positive habits that align with your goals and let them actually be your North Star. Isn't this beautiful behind me tonight?

Next remember to reward progress, not just perfection. Each step forward is a win, celebrate it, it builds momentum and strengthens your resolve. But discipline isn't a solitary event, endeavor, you need a support network, people who encourage you, hold you accountable, and help you bounce back from setbacks - because you're going to have them. Surround yourself with these positive influences, it's so important.

Finally, understand a discipline isn't about punishment, it's about training your mind and body and Harmony to work together towards a common goal. It's about valuing your future self, as much as your present self.

So my friends, visualize your success break it down into manageable task and commit to them. Practice self-compassion when you stumble, because you will, and always keep your goals in sight. Remember, the art of discipline is the art of mastering yourself.

Have an amazing evening! And remember Success is a CHOICE! And let's just enjoy the sunset, so beautiful! Take care, my friends!

Curiosity, Failure & Persistence

My entrepreneurial insights: Be 🔍curious, embrace 💥failure, and stay 💪persistent. These lessons propel my success journey. Join me in unlocking your potential! ✨🚀

Aaron Bourren

TRANSCRIPT

Hello my friends! Just as true, I refer to my one-year-old son as category four, he's like a hurricane! Much like many of us entrepreneurs. Obviously my most important role is being a father to Zach. With that said, he is reminding me daily of three important lessons as an entrepreneur.

First, be curious. My son sees the world with wonder-filled eyes. He’s pointing, he's screaming, and exploring his surroundings fearlessly. As entrepreneurs, we need to cultivate this curiosity, question the status quo, exploring new opportunities, and pushing boundaries.

Second, embrace failure. My son stumbles and falls countless times, but he never hesitates to get back up. He's mastering the art of walking, undeterred by each tumble. Entrepreneurs must also not fear a failure, but rather see it as an opportunity for growth; and that's an integral part and step to our path to success as entrepreneurs.

Finally, persistence. I see my son trying to fit a square block into a round hole, putting my shoes on his feet, and he keeps trying trying and trying until he succeeds, or he finds a better solution. As entrepreneurs, we need to harness that same spirit. Remember, it's through relentless persistence that the impossible becomes impossible,  that the impossible becomes possible.

In conclusion, my son is not just teaching me how to be a better father, he's teaching me how to be a better entrepreneur. Let's all embrace our inner one year old and face the world with curiosity, resilience in the face of failure, and unwavering persistence.

I would love for you to share with me how your kiddos are changing the way you  do things. And remember, Success is a CHOICE!

Aaron Bourren

TRANSCRIPT

Hey everyone, Aaron Bouren here! And it's amazing to connect with you today. Let's take a moment to talk about something important, happiness. Yes, you heard it right! So often we chase the wrong things we believe are important. What's more important  than happiness? Could it be power, wealth, perfection? We assume they are the keys to Joy, but are they really? Let's consider power, does it bring joy or just the thrill of control? How about wealth, does it bring fulfillment or just a sense of security? What about perfection, does it make us happy or does it just leave us in a never-ending loop of dissatisfaction? Because my friends perfection is an illusion.

If right now you're feeling unhappy, it's time for you to realign your priorities, it's time to let go of unrealistic expectations and false securities. Man, it's beautiful out today Happiness is not in the more, it's in the here and now, and it's beautiful right now! It's in appreciating what we have, who we are, and who we're with. So together, let's all strive for happiness over the fleeing high of power, wealth, and perfection, because in the end  true Joy, it comes from within.

Remember my friends, you're not alone on this journey, let's pursue happiness together. Don’t forget to share your thoughts below and let's keep this conversation going. And remember, Success is a CHOICE!

3 Must Haves to Become a Successful Entrepreneur

Ready to turn your dreams into reality? 💭💼 My top 3 must haves to become a successful entrepreneur. You won't believe how simple yet crucial they are. 🚀 Check it out and let the transformation begin! 💡

Aaron Bourren

TRANSCRIPT

Hello my fellow entrepreneurs! Today I want to  discuss with you what I think are the top three must-haves to be successful as an entrepreneur:

Number one is resilience. Being an entrepreneur is often associated with facing frequent rejections, failures, and setbacks. Businesses fail, deals fall through, and products may not sell as expected. A resilient entrepreneur can bounce back from these situations, learn from their mistakes, and keep  moving forward. Without resilience, an entrepreneur can easily become discouraged and give up way too soon.

Number two is vision. Man, it's beautiful out! Entrepreneurs are often the ones who see potential where others see none. They imagine a future that doesn't exist yet and they set out to create it. The ability to envision and believe in a proctor service that meets untapped needs or wants in the  market is fundamental to an entrepreneur's success. Without vision an entrepreneur might struggle to innovate or stay ahead of the competition, it can happen and it can happen pretty easily.

Number three is passion. Passion for one’s work can fuel the long hours, that are going  to be expected, and hard work that are needed when launching a new business. This drive can also Inspire others to join and support the entrepreneur in their venture. Passion can keep an entrepreneur going during tough times and can help them stay committed to their goals. I can tell you right now, that without passion the hardships of entrepreneurs, of entrepreneurship, can become literally overwhelming and it will lead to burnout or total loss of Interest.

These three attributes, that I'm calling them resilience, vision, and passion; I believe they act as a foundational bedrock of a successful entrepreneur, allowing them to envision new possibilities, endure the hardships of their journey, and remain passionately committed to their cause.

What would you add to this list? Let me know. And remember, Success is a CHOICE!

Hello my friends, Aaron Bouren here. And today I want to share a talk with you. I think is the essence of Entrepreneurship.

Um, I think entrepreneurship is striking the perfect balance if you will, between being patient and persistent. This is one of those topics where today, I'm talking in a mirror to myself, I have the persistence part down, it's the patience I’m continually working on. Anybody else feel me? As entrepreneurs we have to think of ourselves as a gardener, the seeds of our vision are planted deep within the soil of our business and it's our task is to consistently nourish these seeds with the  water of hard work and the sunlight of creativity. But remember, even after all the care, seeds don't sprout overnight, wish they did! That's the patience part, they require time and this is where patience truly becomes vital. We have to understand that great things take time. Be patient enough to allow  your ideas to grow but be persistent in providing the care that they actually need.

So I'm going to share with you three actionable tips that can help with this:

One, set clear achievable goals. Having a road map eases the journey, it helps keep track of progress ensuring your persistence is aligned and  your patience is actually justified.

Number two is embrace failures. See them as opportunities to learn not as setbacks. Each failure brings you one step closer to success. Persistence is about pushing through and patience is understanding it's part of the journey, reminder to myself.

And number three is practice mindfulness. It helps manage stress increases focus and ultimately aids in maintaining a delicate balance between patience and persistence.

Remember, your patience reflects your willingness to let your business grow at its own pace, while your persistence is the fuel that actually drives this growth. Balance is key and with it, you're one step closer to success.

So my friends, any tips you can share to help me be more patient? I'm all ears! We got  this! And together remember, Success is a CHOICE!

Consistency & Intensity

🔥 Consistency + Intensity = Entrepreneurial mastery! 🚀 Stay focused, work hard, repeat! 💪 Your daily grind shapes your extraordinary future. 💼

Aaron Bourren

TRANSCRIPT

Hello my friends, Aaron Bouren here! And today I want to chat with you about the importance of consistency versus intensity.

You see, in life, business and entrepreneurship, I have found that it is not the intensity of our effort but the consistency that truly, truly sets us apart.

Intensity, like a sparkler, is a flash of brilliance it's bright, it's immediate, and yes, it's captivating; but it burns out quickly. Consistency, however, is like the steady glow of a lighthouse, guiding ships to safety, no matter the weather, no matter the time. And I think as entrepreneurs, we often feel a need to sprint, to invest all our energy in short intense bursts. But the path to success, it's not a hundred meter dash, it's more like a marathon and sometimes a very long marathon. Intensity can Propel us forward  but its consistency that gets us across the Finish Line. It's showing up day after day, putting in  the work, adjusting our sales as we navigate the storms, and there will be storms every day.

Here are three simple tips to help you embrace consistency:

Number one is set realistic goals. Instead of trying to achieve everything at once set smaller achievable goals. The consistent achievement of these goals will compound into something truly remarkable over time, kind of like compound interest.

Number two, develop a routine. Routines are crucial, having a set schedule helps you stay disciplined and consistent. Stick to it even when you don't feel like it. It's about  creating a habit.

And number three, you must, must measure your progress. Take the time to regularly  reflect on your progress. Every step forward, no matter how small, is still a step in the right direction.

Remember my friends, it's not about being perfect, thank goodness! It's about effort, resilience, and committing yourself to consistently moving forward, even when things get tough. After all it's the consistency of the grind, not the intensity of the hustle that builds Empires. See you at the top! And remember, Success is a CHOICE!

Not Ready

🌟 Seize the moment, even if you feel unprepared! 🚀 Opportunities don't wait, they create growth. 💪

Aaron Bourren

TRANSCRIPT

Hello my friends, Aaron Bouren here! And I have a quick question for you, have you ever been presented with an opportunity and then said the words I'm not ready yet? The truth, is nobody ever feels ready when an opportunity rises, because great opportunities in life force us to grow both emotionally and intellectually. They force us to stretch ourselves out of our comfort zones, which means we won't feel comfortable, at least at first we won’t. And when we don't feel comfortable, we don't really feel ready, but that doesn't change the fact that sometimes the course of our lives depends on what we do or don't do in a few seconds. We either seize an opportunity or we miss it. That noisy birds out here tonight! If you miss the moment, you may never get a chance again. So in case you never get a second chance don't be afraid. And what if you do get a second  chance? Take it! it's as simple as that. Don't be afraid, go for it.

And remember, Success is a CHOICE!  And I think we're about to get a storm. And just looking back there to make sure no gators coming up to say hi to me tonight. Have an amazing evening!

Passion Speaks Louder that Paychecks

Passion fuels the fire, not just paychecks! 🔥❤️ For entrepreneurs, it's about doing what they love.

Aaron Bourren

TRANSCRIPT

Hello my friends, Aaron Bouren here! Just overheard an interesting conversation, where the lady said, she would rather work 80 hours a week at half the pay than work for someone else; that is something I actually identify with. You might be wondering, why some of us choose to work twice as hard for often half the reward. Obviously, that isn't the goal, but when starting it can be an absolute reality. That's the entrepreneurial spirit in a nutshell. But why do we do it? Look at that view, that's why! Because passion speaks louder than paychecks. When you pour 80 hours into your dream, it isn't just work anymore, it's a personal Journey, it’s about the thrill of creating the joy of building something, that's yours! We do it  because we aren't just seeking the comfort of a nine to five, we're chasing the satisfaction that comes from shaping our own destiny. Feels really good too! Sure, it can be risky, sometimes it feels like a steep climb. But remember, it's on the rough roads that we find our strength. Yes, we could settle for less, work less stress; but that's not us entrepreneurs, we're pioneers, not settlers! We are willing to burn the midnight oil because the fire in our heart is brighter than any obstacle we can come across. So, let’s embrace the journey, the late nights, the  challenges, because at the end of the day, we are not just building businesses, we're building  dreams! And nothing is more rewarding than seeing your dreams come to life - and I mean nothing!

So it's a beautiful day here in sunny Naples Florida, and I'm going to say to you have an amazing day! And remember, Success is a CHOICE!

Advice for Underperforming Sales Team Members

Sales team blues? 🔵 My best advice? 💡 Watch this video for some epic tips on how to boost your underperforming teammates and crush those targets! 💪

Aaron Bourren

TRANSCRIPT

Hello my friends, Aaron Bouren here! I just got off a very interesting call, where I was asked by a colleague what my best advice was for dealing with a member of his sales team that isn't pulling their weight. It's funny, how I feel like I gave great advice and then I realized, I'm not following my own advice and I need to be held accountable to my sales staff and make sure the committed ones are being fairly taken care of. Let me tell you, it's easy to ignore the non-committed when they are on commission only as you can quickly justify in your head that, it doesn't cost anything so what's the big deal? Well that's a big deal, because it's simply not true. In fact, someone not pulling their weight  is not just harmful but absolutely catastrophic.

Sales isn't just about numbers. Now, don't get me wrong, numbers are very very important. It's also about contribution, value add, teamwork, and shared drive a unified will to conquer targets, and a mutual respect for each other's dedication and effort. When you have a salesperson who is not stepping up, it's like a leak and a high  pressure pipe and over time it causes corrosion. When one doesn't deliver it's not just a missed number, it's a dent in the collective momentum, it's a blow to the rhythm, the pace, the adrenaline rush that propels a high performing sales team. The emotional impact itself, it's devastating. When a team member underperforms consistently others start to wonder, “why am I pushing so hard when they are just coasting?”, it’s a contagious attitude that can spread fast, corroding the team's morale, the unity the desire to win. It's also a question of justice. Justice you say? Yes! When one person  slacks off it forces the others to overcompensate, it's not fair to those who are hustling,  negotiating, closing deals like champs. It’s a silent punishment for their commitment and their energy, and that's not a culture we want in sales!

Finally, I believe it signals the wrong message, something I have to work on. It insinuates that mediocrity is tolerated in a field where exceptional performance should be the norm. Our sales team should be filled with go-getters, relentless individuals, who don’t just meet targets but shatter them!

In essence, having a salesperson who isn't pulling their weight is not just detrimental to our sales figures, it threatens the very soul of the team. Remember, this is about respect, dedication, and the thrill of closing a deal! And that my friends, is non-negotiable and should not be negotiable, something I'm saying to myself right now.

So listen, let's all figure this out together, let's get committed, let's stay committed, and let's not negotiate when it comes to expectations for high caliber performers.

I appreciate each and every one of you, would love your Insight on this. And remember, Success is a CHOICE!

Rock Bottom

From rock bottom to limitless heights! 🚀💪 Embracing failure as fuel & rebuilding your empire. 🏗️✨

Aaron Bourren

TRANSCRIPT

Hello my friends, Aaron Bouren here! “I have failed too many times, lost my credibility, and don't think I can go on”, those are words from a very real conversation I just had and it prompted me to share my thoughts. Today especially, many people feel they are at rock bottom or quickly headed that way. First off, I’m not judging, because I've been in this place more than once; I’m a risk taker and I go for it and have made terrible mistakes, lost amazing relationships, hurt people, and have had to start from scratch  with my ass in my hand, you know what I mean? So, if you have lost everything, then you have everything, because you now have the flexibility and freedom to do absolutely anything without fear of losing something. Confusing? Not really! Think about it, Rock Bottom is a solid foundation from which you can rebuild your life the way you always wanted it to be. This is not just some cute thought process, this my friends is real life and the choice is yours. Look up and feel sorry for yourself or let rock bottom be your solid foundation; think about that for a minute. I believe in you, you've got this! Look up, sky's the limit, and together we've got it. And don't forget, Success is a CHOICE!

Empathy Unites All

Ready to turn your dreams into reality? 💭💼 My top 3 must haves to become a successful entrepreneur. You won't believe how simple yet crucial they are. 🚀 Check it out and let the transformation begin! 💡

Aaron Bourren

TRANSCRIPT

Hello my friends, Aaron Bouren here! And today I was making follow-up calls, and I was calling one vendor specifically, as he's gotten dark on me for nine days and this is after we wired him six figures for some equipment for our new facility. Needless to say, I'm not the happiest and my imagination is going to very bad places. Much to my surprise, today when I called him, after nine days of no communication - I mean no phones, no text, no emails, nothing! - he picked up; the strange thing was, he's usually very upbeat, funny, and has great energy, but the way he answered, I knew something was wrong. Not gonna lie, my first thought was he's about to give me some story about how something happened and we're out our six figures, but instead, of jumping the gun, I simply said, “hey bud, thanks for picking up. I've been very concerned about you and just want you to know I'm here if you need anything. I'm just glad you're okay”. Folks, I  could literally hear him take a huge breath and he proceeded to say, with a crackling voice, “Aaron, I'm not okay, but please just don't tell anyone”. My friends, we ended up talking for over an hour and let me tell you right now, we all need to stop, slow down, and check on each other. Life is not easy and we literally have no idea what someone else is going through, and I mean no idea! This one really got to me. What I know is that we are all the authors in this narrative called life, but too often we forget that every single person we encounter is weaving their own complex tail, they carry silent sagas, they fight invisible battles. Every face you pass on the street, every voice you hear on the other end of that phone, every person you meet in a whirlwind of triumphs, struggles, fears, and dreams. What we miss, what we forget, is the common thread that binds us all, the Human Experience. The Human Experience isn't about social media perfect lives, exotic travel or Corner offices, it's about the silent struggle the quiet resilience, the unseen fortitude, that powers every waking moment.

So next time you see or talk to someone, anyone, remember, they have a story too and they're probably just doing their best to get through the next chapter. It's tough right now for a lot of people. And this is where our power lies, we can make a world of difference with a simple act of kindness, it doesn't need to be grandiose or life-altering, it can be as simple as a warm smile, a kind word, a small gesture that says, “I see you, I hear you, I acknowledge your story”.

Remember, a single moment of compassion can act like a spark in a forest setting off a chain reaction of positivity, creating ripples and reaching hearts in ways we can't possibly fathom.

So today my friends, I'm just asking you, never ever ever, please, never underestimate, your power to make a difference. A simple act of kindness could be the plot twist in someone's story that they desperately need. So let's seize the day! Let's be the heroes of each other's stories, let's transform our world one act of kindness  at a time. Love y'all and together we got this!

Screw the Haters

Rise above the doubters and prove them wrong! 💪🔥

Aaron Bourren

TRANSCRIPT

Hello my friends, Aaron Bouren here! And I just got off a zoom call, where it was more than obvious to the rest of us, that this party was very jealous of our success and felt we are just lucky and somehow didn't earn our seat at the table. That's why I'm going for a quick walk! I don't feel the need to pound my chest or talk down about them, but I do want to address the haters out there, that say, “Why them? They've got it so easy!”. Yeah right! That’s the big misconception about success and the journey it takes to get there.

First off, let me start by saying you see the tip of the iceberg, but never the colossal structure beneath the surface. The 10 percent of success that shines in the light, gleaming with victory, doesn't tell the story of the other 90 percent submerged in failure, uncertainty, and hardship. The glimmering trophies, all those successful IPOs, the luxurious cars, are just the fruits of a journey, front with endless nights, rejected proposals, and countless moments of crippling self-doubt. I know people at successful  entrepreneurs and think, “oh, they've got it made!”; but do they understand the sleepless nights? Do they see the countless moments of defeat? Do they realize that each success is merely the peak of a mountain of failures? Believe me, I’ve had my share!

Success is not an overnight phenomenon, it's a relentless journey, demanding every ounce of your will and spirit. It is persisting through failure, rejection, adversity. Success, it's a ruthless taskmaster, exacting a heavy price. It demands your time, your energy, your patience, and at times your sanity. It asks you to gamble your comfort, to risk your stability, and to endure the solitude that often accompanies the journey. Yep, now I'm  on a soapbox and preaching! Woohoo!

So when people make snide remarks or hate on those who've made, it calling it luck or favoritism, I feel the need to set the record straight, every successful person you see has a backstory filled with a struggle on hardship! Each one is tasted failure, swallowed  it down and use it as fuel for their journey. And let's be real, jealousy? It's a hollow  sentiment. Envy doesn't build empires, it doesn't innovate or Inspire, it doesn't motivate  you to break barriers or shatter glass ceilings. Nope, jealousy is a poison, it drains you of your potential and leaves you bitter and resentful. Instead of being envious, learn from their journey, understand their struggle and realize that their success is not a deterrent to yours. Success folks is not a zero-sum game, there is room for all of us to thrive. But don't be mistaken, it's not served on a silver platter, it's a grueling journey and it asks for everything you've got! To those willing to embark on that journey, remember, path to success is paved with failures, embrace them, learn from them, and keep going! That's what truly successful people do. I got some bugs out here today!

Okay, done preaching now. I do believe in you and you got this. Remember, Success is a CHOICE! NOW GO, WIN!

Sacrificing Culture for Savings

💡Sharing an invaluable lesson from my #EntrepreneurJourney. Cutting costs ≠ value. Remember, people & passion drive success, not just 💲. Share your lessons below. 👇

Aaron Bourren

TRANSCRIPT

Hello my friends, Aaron Bouren here! And I thought I would share an expensive lesson I learned by focusing on money savings. As an entrepreneur, one of the most significant missteps I’ve made revolved around the misconception that, cost cutting is somehow synonymous with “value”. I once made the decision to outsource our entire customer service team because it had the potential to save almost 80 percent and just payroll expenses, plus all the other costs associated with running a customer service team of 15 people. On paper, it looked like a remarkable feat of financial brilliance! I was actually proud of myself! Chest out, oh yeah! The pride didn't last long, what I didn't account for was the invaluable institutional knowledge, the dedicated passion, and the distinct culture our in-house customer service team had nurtured. These intangible, yet priceless attributes, which have been the bedrock of our company, were suddenly missing. We saw the repercussions almost immediately, our customers were not just missing the services they had grown accustomed to, they were missing the warmth, familiarity, and our personalized care, our original team provided. That seemingly wise business decision turned out to be a stark reminder to me of the fact that cost savings on a balance sheet, does not equate to value. That experience taught me that financial efficiencies should never ever compromise the heart and soul of a business. It's essential to value and preserve the human aspect, the passion, and the knowledge of a dedicated team, that truly truly resonates with your clients. In the end, it cost me far more than the 80 percent savings both in terms of finances, and most importantly, the trust of our clients. But, it was a lesson well learned.

Today, my goal is to prioritize our people and culture, knowing that their passion is a vital driver for our company's success. Please, share in the comments what wrong decisions you’ve made that taught you valuable lessons? And don't forget my friends, Success is a CHOICE!

Immediate Action Required

Seize the NOW and make your dreams a reality! 🌟 Don't wait for tomorrow, take action today! ⏰💪

Aaron Bourren

TRANSCRIPT

Hello my friends, Aaron Bouren here! Let me tell you why NOW is the most crucial time to take action and turn your dreams into reality. In today's hyper-connected, fast-paced world, opportunities are rising faster than ever before. The technology we have at our fingertips, would have been inconceivable, even a decade ago! Never before have  individuals had so much power to influence, create, and achieve, but the same opportunity brings a challenge, the world won't wait for you! Every second you spend procrastinating is a second  that someone else is using to make their dreams come true. Your competitors? They're not waiting, they're creating, they're risking, they're failing, learning and growing stronger. Every day, every hour, every minute is an opportunity. Each moment presents a chance to take a step towards your dreams! It's not about making one giant leap, but about consistently moving forward and that can't happen if you're standing still! Procrastination is the silent dream-killer! It whispers in your ear, “there's always tomorrow”, but let me tell you, tomorrow is the alibi of the unsuccessful. The world belongs to those who actually seize today! Look, we all have dreams, but dreams without action are just Illusions, action breathes life into those dreams, actions turn the intangible into the tangible, it’s the bridge that connects the world of dreams to reality. So my friends, start today, start now, be action oriented, take the course, write that business plan, launch that website, ask for that mentorship whatever your dream is! Don't wait for the perfect moment, make the moment perfect BY YOUR ACTIONS! Remember, life isn't about finding yourself, it's about creating yourself, and that creation happens in the NOW. Don't just dream, DO! The world is waiting for you, it's time to go all in. And remember, Success is a CHOICE!

Kindness Matters

Spread kindness like confetti! 🎉

Aaron Bourren

TRANSCRIPT

Hey my friends, Aaron Bouren here! And I just wanted to share an incredible moment that I just now experienced at Publix, by my house. It was one of those moments that proved just how beautiful Humanity can be, a moment that made me reflect on the core, of what it means to be kind.

All right, here we go, so there was an elderly gentleman at the cash register, he's about two people in front of me and then there's a teenage boy, I’m gonna guess 15-16 years old, in front of him, or behind him. Anyway, the older gentleman seemed a bit lost, a little confused, and seemed to be struggling to find his wallet, at least I think that's what was going on. Just as some of the other people in line, you know, started rumbling and getting impatient like people do, the young teenager in front of me steps up, no hesitation, no second thought, and he simply tells the older man, “Sir, let me handle this”; the older gentleman, I'm  gonna say, he was probably feeling a little bit embarrassed or maybe even a little proud, replies, “no, you can't do that for me”. What this kid said next, well it's gonna stick with me for a while, he looks up at the old man, with this incredible sincerity in his eyes and he says, “it's my privilege, you remind me of my papa”. Boom! He swipes his credit card and the staff and the other people in line, including myself, start clapping. It's a simple act of kindness, but it resonated with everyone there. It's as if, for that moment, we were all reminded of our  potential for compassion and generosity. Uh, so remember, oh it's warm out here! Kindness is all around us, waiting to be seen and waiting to be shared. That young man today, he wasn't just doing a good deed, he was setting an example and it's up to us to take that example and be the change we wish to see in the world.

So that's the lesson for today, I would say, look for kindness, be the kindness, because no act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever  waste - and I mean ever! So today, I have renewed faith in people, especially the younger generation. Have an amazing day and remember kindness matters.

It's Okay Not To Be Okay

Embrace life's curveballs! 💪✨ It's okay not to be okay. Embrace the ups and downs, failures and setbacks. Keep moving forward, learn, and grow. 💫

Aaron Bourren

TRANSCRIPT

Hello my friends, Aaron Bouren here! I hope this message finds you in good spirits, but if it  doesn’t, I want you to know that's okay! You see, life has a way of throwing curveballs at us, that's why I never ask the question “What else can go wrong?”, because life has a way of answering that question, and it's not fun. Let's be honest, we all face obstacles, experience loss, struggle with self-doubt and face hardships. There are times when everything feels overwhelming and that's perfectly normal. Remember, it's okay not to be okay! I think we often pressure ourselves to keep up with a facade of constant happiness or success, but truth be told, it’s the ups and downs, the failures, the struggles, and the setbacks that truly shape who we are. However, it’s important to remind ourselves, even in our darkest moments, we have to keep moving forward. The trials you face today are simply stepping stones for victories, every challenge is an opportunity for growth, a chance to build resilience, and gather wisdom. In my entrepreneurial journey I've stumbled, fallen, even crashed, multiple times! But I realized that it wasn't the end; each fall was a lesson, each failure a teacher, and I persisted, I moved forward. Because progress, however small, is still progress.

Remember my friends, it's your journey, take it one step at a time. It's okay to rest, it’s okay to feel, and it's okay to break down. But remember, after the darkness comes the dawn! Take your experiences, learn from them and let them guide you on your path to growth and success. You, my friend, are stronger than your struggles. Embrace your journey with all its highs and lows. Remember, it's okay not to be okay, but NEVER STOP MOVING FORWARD.

I hope this message helps and you got this! I believe in you! And don't forget, Success is a CHOICE!

Pick Up the Phone

📞 Dialing for success! 💼📲 Don't underestimate the power of a phone call. Connect with prospects & clients personally. 🤝💥

Aaron Bourren

TRANSCRIPT

Hey my friends, Aaron Bouren here! And I want to give you five quick reasons to pick up the phone. It's crazy to me how so many sales people and business owners will  do everything in their power to not pick up the phone. Everyone is looking for the magic link or funnel you can just post and cha-ching! You have unlimited clients! That ain’t real life. So here's the five reasons to pick up the phone:

One, personal connection. A phone call allows you to engage in real time two-way communications, this personalized interaction helps in building rapport and establishing strong relationships with prospects and clients. Your voice, tone, and pacing - pacing can communicate empathy and understanding, what’s often lost in written communications.

Number two, is immediate feedback. Phone calls allow for instantaneous back and forth dialogue. You can gauge reactions, handle objections, clarify doubts on the spot; this feedback loop often leads to more efficient communication and enables you to adjust your approach as necessary.

Number three, how about nuances, understanding them. With phone conversations, you get to hear the tone of voice, pauses, and other verbal cues of your prospects and clients beyond just their words, these subtleties can be critical in discerning their needs, challenges, hesitations, I think in a more accurate way.

I think I'm on number four, time efficient. Compared to waiting for responses to emails or messages, a phone call can often provide immediate answers to your questions, this can speed up decision-making processes, eliminate potential misunderstandings, and shorten the sales cycles.

Number five, I think it demonstrates your commitment. Picking up the phone and calling shows prospects and clients  that you're willing to invest time and effort into understanding their needs and solving their problems, this can differentiate you from your competitors, who may only use email or automated methods. This fosters trust and loyalty.

Okay my friends, that's my five. Pick up the phone. And remember, Success is a CHOICE!

ESPF

Rock your business with my secret formula! 🤘🔥 Use ESPF: Easy, Simple, Painless, Fun. Identify rock star clients effortlessly! 🎸💼✨

Aaron Bourren

TRANSCRIPT

Hey my friends, Aaron Bouren here! Just taking a quick break from crushing goals over here and I thought I'd share a little secret about how I pick Rockstar clients to work with. Grab a notepad you'll want to jot this down. All right, so the secret is in four letters, ESPF. No, it's not the distant cousin of ESPN or ESPY. ESPF stands for easy, simple, painless, and fun! You've heard me say it many times, you heard it right, fun! I mean who said business has to be as grim as Monday mornings right?

First up “E” for easy. I want to work with people who make things feel like a Sunday stroll in the park, like I am today, not a trek up Everest. I'm all for challenges but if you're a business planner doing business with you feels like solving a Rubik's cube, blindfolded, we might not be the best match, and I'm gonna pass. Not all business is good business,

Next, “S” for simple. Keep it straight forward folks, if I need a decoder ring or a Rosetta Stone to understand what you’re saying, it's a no for me,

Then “P” is for painless. You know, that feeling when you step on a Lego, barefoot, yikes! Yeah, I don't want our business relationship to feel like that. Smooth and pain-free, that’s the vibe!

And lastly, “F” for fun. Life's too short to not enjoy what we do, I don't just want to build businesses, I want to build business playgrounds where creativity thrives and the profits soar!

So there you have it, that's my ESPF formula because, business should feel like a get-together with friends, not a visit to the dentist. So keep it easy, simple, painless, and fun - always fun! This does not mean business isn't tough and we have non-ESPF  moments, but they have to be moments, not the norm.

Hmm, until next time. Remember, only you, get to write your success story. Make it a bestseller! And remember, Success is a CHOICE! Oh yeah!

Aaron Bourren

TRANSCRIPT

Hello my friends, Aaron Bouren here! Well I just had to deal with an uncomfortable situation because of a mistake I made. So I feel this is a great time to share something very important to me and our company, something that sits at the heart of our organization - our ethos - it’s simple but powerful.

If we mess up, we fess up, we never cover up, then we fix it and we move on. That's right, we believe that honesty is a  cornerstone of any successful relationship, be it with our clients or among our team members. Stakes are going to happen, we're all human, they're inevitable. But it's how we handle those mistakes that define us, we choose transparency as a company, we choose growth. We address the problem, we learn, we improve and we move forward. We believe this not only builds trust but also fosters an environment of continuous learning and improvement. For our clients, I know this means that you can always count on us to deliver the best and to make it right when things don't go as planned, because we all know that things don't always go as planned. So that's our promise and we're  committed to this path and we challenge you to do the same. I literally love this part of the  journey it's an opportunity for all of us to grow, learn, and keep moving forward.

Hey, have an  amazing day! And remember Success is a CHOICE!

Tips From My Entrepreneurial Success

Quick tips that have helped me with my entrepreneurial success! 💼💡 Learn from my journey and level up your game.

Aaron Bourren

TRANSCRIPT

Hello my friends, Aaron Bouren here! And I wanted to give you five quick tips that have helped me have entrepreneurial success.

One is relentless pursuit of learning. Continually seeking new information skills and insights has been essential - essential to my success - this involves staying up to date with industry trends, technology advancements, market shifts, whatever! I am never complacent! And I always am ready to adapt and evolve,

Number two, embrace risk and uncertainty, this is a biggie; entrepreneurship is about venturing into the unknown. I've learned to see risk as an opportunity for growth and Innovation. While it's crucial to make calculated decisions, I'm not afraid to take bold steps if they align with my business goals,

Number three, is cultivating relationships. This is huge, building strong, long-term relationships with customers, suppliers, partners, and employees - it’s priority! This not only helps in creating a robust network, but also fosters a supportive and productive environment. I'm going to tell you right now, people are more likely to engage with and support businesses they feel connected to,

Number four, maintaining resilience and perseverance. Every journey to success is marked by challenges and setbacks, instead of letting those obstacles derail my progress, I use them as stepping and learning stones to grow stronger. The capacity to maintain focus and keep moving forward no matter what, has been my key in achieving entrepreneurial goals;

And number five, balancing vision with execution, boy is this a biggie! As an entrepreneur, it's vital to have a clear vision and strategic goals, however, I believe it's equally important to focus on execution, taking concrete consistent action, to bring that vision to life. To be successful, you need to pair great ideas with great implementation.

That's my five. What has helped you have success as an entrepreneur? Have  an amazing day! And remember Success is a CHOICE!

Conquer Tough Business Decisions

Conquer #BusinessDecisions💪 with my 4-pronged strategy🍀 explained in this video. Steer your team towards success with #confidence🌟.

Aaron Bourren

TRANSCRIPT

Hi friends, Aaron Bouren here! And I want to give you a four-pronged approach for dealing with tough business decisions.

Number one is problem framing and data analysis. Clearly define the problem and gather as much relevant data as possible to understand the potential outcomes of various choices. Many times we are solving what we think the problem is, and not the actual problem; get that clearly defined and the rest gets much easier.

Number two, you have to combine that data with experience and your intuition. Leverage past  experiences and that gut feeling, in addition to the insights derived from the data you collected.

Number three, seek diverse perspectives, this is a biggie; engage with your team members and potential external consultants or other trusted advisors to gather their viewpoints and solutions, you'd be surprised what we call, the collective genius.

And number four is reflect, decide, and learn. Take time for reflection, make a courageous decision, fully commit to its execution  and stay open to learn learning and adjusting as new information emerges. Remember, you have  to be able to execute and go with the flow as things change quickly.

Have an amazing day, my friends! And remember Success is a CHOICE!

What Inspired Me to Become an Entrepreneur

Ever wondered what sparked my #EntrepreneurJourney?🌟 From a dream to reality, each step inspired by passion💡and purpose🎯. Watch to discover my #OriginStory. #businessmotivation

Aaron Bourren

TRANSCRIPT

Hello my friends! Aaron Bouren here! So the question was asked, what inspired me to become an entrepreneur? I believe that was a combination of seven things, one was early exposure to entrepreneurship. My mom gifted me a one-year subscription to Success magazine in 1989. Each month I eerily waited the arrival the new issue, I  would find myself totally absorbed in the stories of the successful entrepreneurs their triumphs  and the lessons they learned from their failures.

Number two, was the dreamers at Kinkos. Yes, my high school job was working at Kinkos copies, today known as FedEx; it introduced me to a cross section of aspiring entrepreneurs and seeing them hustle, working on their dreams, creating marketing materials, business cards proposals, I witnessed their drive, their ambition, and their creativity. The environment for me, was electric and infectious!

Number three, is learning from entrepreneurs. Being exposed to a variety of businesses and their ideas at Kinko’s, was a fascinating experience! I learned so much about the entrepreneurial spirit from my customers, they were dreamers, more importantly they were doers, and those customers, along with constantly reading Success magazine, and watching Robin Leach on Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous, for sure ignited my  interest in entrepreneurship.

Number four, was the power of doubt and the motivation to prove others wrong. You see, my junior high school, my economics teacher told me that, I would never  amount to anything if I didn't go to college. That single moment of doubt from someone else  made me more determined to prove him wrong. I wanted to prove that traditional pathways, such as College, were not the only routes to success. I believed in my capabilities and was ready to carve my own path, plus, I had been studying entrepreneurs and was 100% certain, there was another way and that was my destiny.

Uh, what are we on, five, five recognizing entrepreneurial skills. Through my interactions with entrepreneurs and my own self-reflection, I recognize that I possess key entrepreneurial traits, you know what those are? Resilience, creativity, and a burning desire to make a difference!

Number six, entrepreneurship as a tool for change. Yep! I realize that entrepreneurship is not just about making money, it's a tool for bringing about  change in society and for creating jobs and for improving people's lives. This realization deeply resonated with me.

And number seven, is inspiration from success stories. The stories of entrepreneurs  overcoming all odds to build successful businesses, profoundly inspires me. I love watching ordinary people achieve extraordinary things showing me what's possible!

So, there's my Seven. Please share your inspiration and let's all learn from each other. And remember, Success is a CHOICE! And so is being out here in this beautiful weather today.

4th of July

🇺🇸 Happy 4th of July, America! 🎆 Let freedom ring as we celebrate unity and independence. Grateful for the land of the free and the home of the brave! 🗽

Aaron Bourren

TRANSCRIPT

Hello my friends! Aaron Bouren here! And happy 4th of July! Today, as we celebrate the 4th of July, let's take a moment to reflect on why this day is so significant. This is the day in 1776, when our founding fathers edged in history the birth of an idea, The United States of America. It was more than just declaring independence, it was a commitment  to principles of liberty and self-governance that are the bedrock of our society today, or at least, should be! We are beneficiaries of their vision and bravery. As entrepreneurs, as innovators, we are tasked with preserving these ideals, utilizing our freedom to think creatively, push boundaries, and imagine new futures. Our businesses should reflect these values, fostering a culture of respect and relentless pursuit of progress. Today, let's remember to stay true to our mission, be it an entrepreneurship or in our personal lives. Embrace the spirit of innovation that's our birthright, challenge the status quo, and relentlessly pursue your vision. Stay humble, learn from mistakes, and never forget that your journey is part of a larger narrative, and that narrative started over 240 years ago. So tonight, as we watch the fireworks, let us celebrate not just a historic event but the enduring strength and  promise of the principles that today represents. The future of this great nation is in our hands, good or bad. Let's make the founders proud! Happy Fourth of July!

And remember, Success is a CHOICE!

Difficult Conversations

🗣️ Embrace the uncomfortable! Difficult conversations build bridges to growth. 🌱 Speak up, be courageous, foster understanding. 💪 Let's break barriers together!

Aaron Bourren

TRANSCRIPT

Hello my friends! Aaron Bouren here! Have you ever had to have a difficult conversation? Of course you have! How many went wrong? I know my number's pretty  high! And life, we will have to have many - and I mean many - difficult conversations.

As an entrepreneur, they are very necessary part of success and I want to share some tips that can help you when you're having to have these difficult conversations.

Yes, these conversations can be daunting and they often stir up anxiety. However, they're pivotal in shaping our relationships, our ventures, and ultimately our growth.

I know as individuals, we tend to avoid these conversations for fear of damaging relationships or triggering conflict but here’s the truth, what you resist persist unaddressed issues morph into elephants in the room leading to unresolved tension and confusion.

So my first piece of advice, see difficult conversations as, opportunities not obstacles, they are moments of  potential growth, clarity, and stronger bonds. Second, prepare, don't enter these talks on a whim or when you are emotional, understand  your objectives, anticipate reactions, and know your non-negotiables. Third, listen more than you speak; Stephen Covey, famously said, “seek first to understand then to be understood your goal should  be to build a bridge not a wall”. Finally, always speak from a place of respect and empathy, it's not about winning an argument it's about reaching a  shared understanding and actually moving forward.

In closing, remember that avoiding a difficult conversation is like ignoring a toothache, it ain't gonna disappear instead it's going to get worse over time. Embrace these moments and watch as they  become catalyst for transformation. Sure is me how you deal with difficult conversations.

And as always, remember my friends, success is a CHOICE!
